RoleKeep private beta
Privacy and AI-use notice
Last updated August 19, 2026. This plain-language beta notice is not a substitute for a final commercial privacy policy.
What RoleKeep stores
RoleKeep stores the account, career memories, evidence you approve, opportunities, contacts, resumes, interview preparation, and usage records you create. Passwords are stored as salted cryptographic hashes, not readable passwords.
Uploaded documents
Resume and evidence uploads are processed to extract structured career information. Evidence source files are deleted after processing. Resume import results and approved career information remain in your workspace until you request deletion.
AI processing
When you use an AI feature, relevant career information or extracted document text is sent to OpenAI to generate the requested result. RoleKeep requests that API responses are not stored as application state, but OpenAI may retain API content temporarily for abuse monitoring under its applicable data controls.
Access and separation
Each beta account receives a private workspace. RoleKeep applies workspace filters to career records so one beta user cannot access another user's data.
Beta operations
RoleKeep uses Render to host the application, Supabase to store account data and temporary private document objects, and OpenAI to process AI requests. Authorized beta operators may access service logs and stored records when necessary to diagnose a reported problem, protect the service, restore data, or fulfill an export or deletion request.
Your choices
You may stop using AI features, request a copy of your workspace data, or request permanent account and workspace deletion. During the private beta these requests are handled manually.
